Asian Chefs Alliance (ACA)
The Asian C Alliance (ACA) is a subsidiary organization of the American Culinary Federation (ACF), which is the only industry certification body in the U.S. with nearly a century of history. ACF has over 150 chapters and more than 50,000 members working in major 5-star hotels and country clubs across the U.S. As a professional institution under ACF, ACA is dedicated to promoting Asian culinary culture and elevating Asian culinary education standards globally. It collaborates with renowned global culinary institutions to provide professional training, industry certification, and culinary exchange activities, promoting the influence of Asian culinary brands in North America and globally. -
